Children Find a Reason to Celebrate

(Last Updated On: October 1, 2020)

In the middle of a long lockdown and unable to go home the 14th of September became a day to look forward to for the children at the 3 Angels Children’s Home.

It was National Children’s Day in Nepal and we took advantage of this opportunity to have a celebration with the children. The informal party was facilitated by Pastor and 3 Angels founder Rajendra Kumar Gautam, helped home carers lift the spirits of the kids who had been stuck inside for long.

The children were provided with special food and gifts, and the highlight of the event was the cake-cutting. All children loved the gift they received. The day ended with the children dancing to their favourite songs.

“We are all happy that the children could forget about the pandemic and celebrate without fear and with joy for a day,” says Ps. Gautam.

Our partners in-country are achieving amazing work and are doing the best they can to provide normality for the children despite the circumstances and we are grateful to them.

We are eternally grateful to supporters like you who continue to support the children in this challenging time.

These little celebrations make a huge difference to the children, especially in lock-down.
